Gemignani's was established by Rudy and Celeste Gemignani in 1982. Rudy is the second generation to follow in his father Gino's tradition of making and serving our hearty Northern-Italian style meat sauce. It has since been passed down to the next generation of Gemignanis. Tony and Rose have been serving the Copper Country's favorite spaghetti sauce since 1994-the same way his grandfather and father taught him to make, from old world recipes handed down through generations.
